Kids First CEO Ms Aileen Ashford said the funds will support the organisation’s first national outreach with its new digital e-learning platform, To Future Me.

‘$55,000 is an outstanding result and almost double the amount we raised at last year’s event. The outcome is testament to the strong partnership and shared values between Kids First and Kieser Australia. Thanks to all our Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors and everyone who attended and had a great time on the day,’ said Ms Ashford.

‘These events come together because of the hard work of many people. Special thanks Leonie McNicol and Jeanette Finegan for all their work on making this event so successful. Kids First is very lucky to have these treasured volunteers who are as passionate as we are about improving the lives of kids who are at risk of abuse, violence or neglect.’

Kids First Australia welcomes a number of returning and new sponsors at this year’s event:

> Gold Sponsors: Alliance Promotions, CBA (Bendigo), TDG Environmental

> Silver Sponsors: 4Pi, Big Swing Golf, CS&G, Coldflow Heating & Cooling, HESTA, Lakeside Financial, Maurice Blackburn Lawyers

> Bronze Sponsors: Imaging Associates, Ittelligent, Tonkin Law, Vision

Money raised has been earmarked to support To Future Me, a new program about to be launched by Kids First Australia. To Future Me, online e-learning platform able to be accessed across Australia, teaches young people about consent and how to identify abusive or dangerous intimate relationships.
