About Our Centre
Southern Cross Kindergarten is open for 2025 for 3 and 4-year old kindergarten.
This Kindergarten will provide 66 spaces for 3 and 4 year olds from the community.
Kids First is delighted to be partnering with city of Casey and managing this kindergarten.
This kindergarten is also a perfect opportunity to support transition to Southern Cross Primary School as your child starts their school life.
Meet Our Lead Teacher, Carly
At Kids First, our passionate lead teachers are at the heart of every kindergarten program. They create warm, inclusive environments where children feel safe, supported and inspired to explore, learn and grow.
Carly brings a bright and energetic approach to early learning. She’s dedicated to building strong relationships with children and families, and loves creating playful, engaging experiences that spark curiosity and confidence.
Eligibility
For four-year-olds, your child must turn 4 by April 30 in the year of attendance. If your child was born between January and April you can choose which year to enrol your child, including the year the child is eligible or the year after.
For three-year-olds, children must turn 3 by 30 April in the year they commence, however a parent will be required to stay with the child until they turn three years old.
