How we can help
N-HARP supports families to recover after living in a household where there has been family violence. We specialise in trauma-informed care that focuses on helping children and their caregivers to feel safe and to strengthen their relationships.
We help adults to understand their own and their child's experience of the violence and learn ways to support their family's wellbeing and recovery.
N-HARP offers groups for women and children who have experienced family violence.
Mothers in Mind
A safe and supportive program for mothers and their children aged 0 - 5 years old to build confidence and connection after hurtful experiences.
A group for mothers to connect in a safe and welcoming space.
A group for teenagers who have experienced family violence.
The Healing Circle
