Overview

The group provides a safe and supportive environment for mothers who have had hurtful experiences to build parenting confidence and connections with their children through shared songs, stories and play, while also providing an opportunity to get to know other mothers.

How does it work?

Mothers in Mind is a six week program that runs for two hours a week and available for Arabic speaking women and their children living in the Hume Moreland area.
