Together we will explore:

• How experiences of family violence can impact on your relationships with your children
• How to build confidence in your parenting and strengthen connections between you and your child
• Strategies for managing this challenging time we are all facing.

How does Connections work?

The group is open to mothers of children of all ages, to connect in a safe and welcoming space. The group is run across eight weeks. This is a free program run by Kids First as part of the Northern Healing and Recovery Program.

About N-HARP

The Northern Healing and Recovery Program (N-HARP) is a family violence therapeutic program that partners with adult victim/survivors, children and families. N-HARP is delivered by Kids First Australia, Berry Street, inTouch, Thorne Harbour Health, Rubix Support and VACCA.
